Heather Desrocher, M.B.A. Naples Florida

Heather is a Harvard graduate and former Middle School teacher who grew up on a family farm in California where she raised her own animals. This background gave her a passion for health, nutrition and protecting our natural environment. Heather is the co-founder of Finding Peace: A Mother’s Reflection Group, which brings women together to support each other on the path of raising happy, healthy children. Through her business, Balanced Living Group, Heather educates others about the effect of toxins on health and helps them create safer, healthier homes.

What is the importance of a renewal income to you?

A renewal income will allow us to take more time off to travel and spend time together as a family. There are so many places in the world that we want to share with our daughter. It will also give us the freedom to create the life we want and take the pressure off of my husband to be the sole provider. It will help us through leaner economic times.

What meaning does a greener/safer lifestyle have to you?

A green lifestyle is about respecting and protecting the precious gift of our earth. It means creating a home and natural environment that is good for ourselves, our children, and future generations. It means supporting companies that have environmental awareness through where we choose to spend our dollars.

 What has been your experience as working as a part of our team?

Our team is my second family: a group of caring people who all support each other in our shared success. We only advance together. I know that anything I need I can find from our team. We all bring something different to the table, and together our diversity makes us that much stronger. There is always someone a phone call or email away to support me and share in my joys.
